  • We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

  • Some remote locations may have limited delivery service. If delivery is not possible, we will inform you and issue a full refund.

๐Ÿ”น Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

๐Ÿ”น Delivery Time

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3โ€“5 working days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 5โ€“7 working days

  • Remote/Interior Areas: 7โ€“10 working days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free shipping on all orders above โ‚น999.

  • For orders below โ‚น999, a flat shipping charge of โ‚น79 applies.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service fee of โ‚น50.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status directly through our website or courier partnerโ€™s portal.

๐Ÿ”น Damaged/Leaked Parcels

  • If your package is received damaged, leaked, or tampered, please share photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery at support@qcnaturals.in or WhatsApp us.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
